THE GREAT AND EXCITING PROGRAM AT THE ACCOMPANYING FAIR OF THE LARGEST TOURIST EVENT IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY: The 16th HORECA-EQUIPMENT Hotel and Catering Equipment Fair, The 11th BeoWine International Wine Fair and The 16th Visit Serbia Souvenir Fair

The International Belgrade Tourism Fair, which is by far the biggest and the most important tourism event in Serbia and Southeast Europe, will both unite and promote the complete tourism and hospitality industry complete with its accompanying events this February over the course of four fair days – between 20 and 23 February 2020.-

Large numbers of fans of the global travel phenomenon, as well as the loyal visitors to the fair, will all gather together under the slogan “One step ahead“ at Belgrade Fair as the fair itself also represents a unique opportunity to meet business people engaged in both travel and hospitality industry.

HORECA-EQUIPMENT – new trends in both hotel and hospitality industry

Hall 2B and 2C will bring together the most important companies involved in the production and distribution of state-of-the-art products, and will showcase an array of product range used in catering facilities, restaurants and hotels, as well as services, new trends in business activities, supply and operation of catering establishments.

The fair will feature companies that will be exhibiting furniture, bedding, biodegradable straws, software, refrigerated showcases, confectionery and bakery machines, ice cream mixes and more.

This year, the new exhibitors will be coming from Italy, Croatia, Greece and, of course, Serbia involved in consulting services and selling of professional equipment for confectionery and bakery.

IKEA Company will be participating at HORECA-EQUIPMENT Fair for the first time, i.e., a company famous for its inspirational ideas and services for home furnishing, but also for its hospitality and office Business-oriented program.

BeoWine 2020 – the largest wine fair in Serbia,

a clash of wine traditions and cultures ranging from the Atlantic to the Caucasus, will present the most respected local and regional wine producers, wine cellars, wine houses and companies that distribute the “drink of the gods”, as well as producers of brandy and other beverages in halls 3 and 3A.

BeoWine is continuing to promote intensively wine tourism and gastronomic specialties followed by complete, state-of-the-art winemaking and winemaking equipment.

Aside from Serbian wines, this year’s fair will present wines from Georgia for the first time, as well as wines from Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro (first time Castel Savin), Poland, Austria and Turkey.

Coca-Cola HBC Company, a sponsor of 2020 Fair, will introduce a number of brands, whilst their brand Rosa Water (in Serb. Voda Rosa) will be the official water at this year’s wine show. Among other brands within Coca-Cola HBC portfolio, the audience will recognize the Golden Brandy, Bulldog Gin, Jack Daniel’s, Aperol, as well as a whole host of premium spirits from which world-class bartenders will make extraordinary cocktails right there on the spot by following the mixology trends.

The Serbian Tourism Organization will organize the 16th Souvenir Fair entitled “Visit Serbia” in Hall 4 during the course of the 42nd International Tourism Fair in Belgrade that is set to take place between 20 and 23 February 2020. Visitors will be able to see and buy souvenirs coming from across Serbia at 30 exhibition stands. The Belgrade Tourism Fair is visited by as many as 70,000 visitors, for which reason the souvenir fair is a good opportunity for souvenir manufacturers to present themselves to the general public. Masters of old and artistic crafts will present traditionally made products adapted to modern times.

At this year’s Tourism Fair, Belgrade Fair will continue to implement the Hosted buyer program, as well as numerous B2B activities followed by the organized arrival of professional tourism representatives and customers from the region, Europe and the world.

Organized in cooperation with business partners of the Tourism Fair, Serbian Chamber of Commerce and European Entrepreneurship Network, the business B2B Portal is available and intended for registration of both exhibitors and business visitors alike, as well as for their mutual networking at the fair.

Meeting scheduling between business visitors and exhibitors is currently underway and will be available to all by 18 February 2020.

Both the public and the media nurture a special attitude towards Tourism Fair as an irreplaceable tourist event. Since this event is followed by many every year, the fair awards accreditations to around 1,000 journalists from about twenty countries.

Entry tickets:

Individual ticket price totals RSD 400.00, whilst group tickets RSD 300.00. Family ticket price shall be charged RSD 800.00 (parents with children under the age of 16). Parking fee shall be collected in the amount of RSD 200.00 an hour.
