OTA Sync is the first domestic cloud software solution for managing hotels and apartments. The system was designed according to the latest standards to facilitate and automate the hotel & vacation rental business.

OTA Sync software is suitable for medium and small hotels, boutique hotels, hostels, guesthouses, and apartments. The company launched in 2018 in Serbia and has over 1,500 satisfied users in 17 countries around the world.

The system is based on cloud technology, which is completely secure, without the need for physical servers. Because of cloud-based technology, costs are drastically reduced, daily tasks are automated, and the overall efficiency and revenues of the property are increased.

There are three complete solutions for managing hotels and apartments:

  1. The Reception System (Property Management System) is the key to managing all hotel operations.
    The system consists of an overview calendar of which managers, owners, or employees at the reception desk can easily monitor and manage all reservations, registrations, guest check-outs, room availability and restrictions, and room cleanliness checks (housekeeping function). For hotels with multiple owners, a special condo function has been created that implies multiple owner accesses, which means access to the system of each owner individually.
    Analytics, reporting, and automatic creation of invoices are also available within the reception system.
  2. The reservation system (Booking Engine) is a system for the online generation of direct reservations, which allows the guest to make a reservation through the facility’s website, in real-time. The system is extremely flexible, easy to use, connected to the reception, and allows guests to make reservations through the Facebook application in addition to the website. It represents another type of booking channel, for which hotels do not have to pay a commission. Booking Engine gives guests the ability to book rooms directly through the site, without the need to send an inquiry.
  3. The Channel Manager system connects all OTA’s channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) via a single control panel which prevents overbooking and booking errors. The system is designed to enable owners and managers to quickly, and easily manage and organize all sales channels. Each property can be advertised on over 100 OTA channels, without the need to access and monitor each individual channel. It significantly saves time and money and increases the global visibility of the brand. It is successfully integrated with the reservation and reception system.

Within the system, there are dozens of functions that OTA Sync clients can use, such as a Banquet function for organizing events and special occasions, a Payment Processor connected to the reception system for automatic payment of virtual cards, a free connection with Google Hotels, which provides up to 30% more income, integration with the new fiscalization and many other functions.

The software contributes to saving time and costs, increasing the number of reservations, and facilitating communication between the sales and reception departments. A mobile application is also available for iOS and Android users, for even faster and easier management, from anywhere.
