The 16th International HORECA – Hotel and Catering Equipment Fair is part of a large and successful event that joins together and promotes all branches of tourism industry. Traditionally, HORECA-EQUIPMENT Fair takes place in parallel with the Belgrade International Tourism Fair, International BeoWine Fair and “Visit Serbia” Souvenir Fair with an increasing number of exhibitors and visitors visiting the fairs year after year.

The New Trends in Hotel and Catering Industry

This year, HORECA – EQUIPMENT Fair will bring together the most important companies involved in the production and distribution of state-of-the-art products, and will showcase an array of product range used in catering facilities, restaurants and hotels, as well as services, new trends in business activities, supply and operation of catering establishments.

The fair will feature companies that will be exhibiting furniture, bedding, biodegradable straws, software, refrigerated showcases, confectionery and bakery machines, ice cream mixes and more.

This year’s exhibition will feature 62 exhibitors from Serbia, Croatia, Italy and Greece, whilst Halls 2B and 2C will accomodate a wide range of kitchen, restaurant, bar, hotel, security and reservation systems, bedding, cleaning equipment, bakery and pastry program, banquet equipment, professional literature and publications.

This year, the new exhibitors will be coming from the field of consulting services and professional confectionery and bakery equipment.

Participants include Unox (Italy), Tognana (Italy), Miele (Germany), as well as Eurocolor (interior decoration materials), Migo (HoReCa sector furniture of high resilience, quality and modern design), Fragolina (revolution in ice cream production), Okpiro eco grill (new models, barbecue accessories followed by food preparation and tasting on the spot), Elmiss Line (professional kitchen equipment and stainless steel elements of the highest quality), Textil (production and sales of dedicated textile products) from Serbia.

IKEA Company will be participating at HORECA-EQUIPMENT Fair for the first time, i.e., a company famous for its inspirational ideas and services for home furnishing, but also for its hospitality and office Business-oriented program activities.

Presentations at Exhibition Stands – Expert Lectures

The exhibition part of the program will be rich in appealing events, a whole host of different presentations at the stands, meaning that this part of program will also be addresing current topics that will be of great interest to caterers, hoteliers and visitors alike, whilst visitors will have the opportunity to attend and see for themselves catering demonstrations such as ice cream and cocktail making right there on the spot on the state-of-the-art equipment, after which they will be kindly invited to taste the products.

Furthermore, barista competition will be held at CORP exhibition stand, whereas HANI INTERNACIONAL exhibition stand will showcase the most various confectionery techniques every day: decoration of fondant cakes, production of fondant figurines and work with chocolate; velvet cakes, rolls and their decoration, small velvet frosting cookies, glaze decorations; making of pralines and chocolate; making chocolate cookies and chocolate filled cookies; preparation of macarons, mousse and their decoration.

Both the public and the media nurture a special attitude towards Tourism Fair as an irreplaceable tourist event. Since this event is followed by many every year, the fair awards accreditations to around 1,000 journalists from about twenty countries.

Thursday, 20, Friday 21 and Saturday 22 February between 10:00 and 19:00 and Sunday, 23 February between 10:00 and 18:00.

Entry tickets:

Individual ticket price totals RSD 400.00, whilst group tickets RSD 300.00. Family ticket price shall be charged RSD 800.00 (parents with children under the age of 16). Parking fee shall be collected in the amount of RSD 200.00 an hour.
