Solo passenger visits are growing and classic summer holidays are decreasing, as written in the latest research of Holiday Habits Report.
The research was carried out among British tourists and it was shown the travel trends changed in the last one year period. The tourists still travel, but 86 percent of the inquired ones answered in the last one year period they travelled in their country or went for a short holiday abroad. The number of the tourists travelling alone was increased three times, compared with the year 2011! However, the data show the tourists believe it is still the cheapest and safest to travel through agencies, as well as the families decide more for travel packages.
