The eastern Serbia is abundant with extraordinary natural beauties, and therefore, when thinking about the future, it could surely be the promoter of the development of tourism in the territory of Serbia, and the Balkans in general. Although it hasn’t been sufficiently represented as the tourist location, containing significant natural, cultural and historical values, the municipality of Svrljig could become a generator of tourism development in this area.
The territory that today includes the municipality of Svrljig is characterized by a rich cultural and historical heritage, naturally created attractions, spectacular geomorphological landforms and the most diverse gastronomic offer. All that packed into one tourist product leads to the conclusion that this territory will very soon become a well-known tourist destination and a destination for all tourists-adventurers who want to explore our beautiful country.
